How to set "first day of week" in Portfolio 3.10?

Hi, 

I'm using Jira Software (server) v7.12.1 and Portfolio 3.10.

I'm located in Sweden and like to have Monday as first day of the week.

In my "/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa", I have set this:
Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker to Yes

Jira Software is showning Monday as the first day of week!
But Portfolio are showing Sunday as the first day... 

Do someone know how to set this in the new Portfolio 3.10?

I found today this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-261

But are Atlassian only focus on US when develop Portfolio?
