Hello @Patrice , welcome to Comunnity !
One of the way for do this is created one filter and make the action in bath, like the image below.
JQL exemple: issue in linkedIssues(ON-30)
Like this you search every itens the linked with ticket "ON-30", after that you click in more action and "bulk change issues"
