Issues appear on the Advanced Roadmap Plan and Program while in an open state. After closing the issue, it is still displayed on the Plan view in Done. However, the Program view no longer shows the issue on the schedule view, even though there is an option to filter/sort by Done statuses.
We verified that the target start/end dates are still set. The issue has a resolution of 'done'. What is missing that is causing the issue to not display on the Program view?
Thanks for your help!
Welcome to the community. The first place you should look into is plan's Exclusion rules configuration -
Those setups controls issue displays in your plan. Generally, it is first setup "Exclude any completed issues after" that automatically removes them out from your plan. Lastly, you will need to determine why you wanted a completed issue to continue to remain in the plan since the plan is a planning tool (forward looking) for your organization.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. We did double check the exclusion rules and verified that it is set exactly like you have displayed above. When we resolve an epic today (June 29), the issue does display on the Plan View in done. That part is working correctly.
The problem is that the issue does not display on the Program (group of plans), schedule view.
One of our teams wants to be able to view closed items in the Program schedule Gantt view to show completed items until at least the next sprint, so ~14 days would be fine. Assuming closed items will display on the Program view schedule. They understand that these views are mainly for planning (look forward), however want to have the data to verify items from the past sprint were completed and to show that to leadership teams who need to see a Gantt image of completed vs outstanding efforts for future planning.
Thanks,
