I've confirmed the following:
- The field is a custom field linked to issues in the project
- Estimation is set to Story Points
- The team settings' Planning style is set to Scrum
However, I can't see the field when I try to add it to the plan, and it doesn't appear in the list of unsupported fields.
Hi @Margarita
@Björn Gullander Eficode is correct, check the estimate of your plan.
Are you using the built-in Jira Story Point field or your own custom Story Points field? If it is a custom field, you will need to add it in the Custom fields configuration of your plan.

Hi, "Story point" field should be found in the Field list per default when the Plan's estimation method is set to Story points.

Thanks.
In the plan/scheduling, estimation is already set to estimate issues in story points; however, the field is still missing from the list of custom fields available to add to the plan.

Hi, you should not try to add it as a custom field as it is already in the plan by default. Just click on the Fields selector and it should be there.

@Björn Gullander Eficode where can you find this menu to setup your fields ?
Can't find it on any menu of the plan's settings
Here i got my plan settings, wich seems to be good (but no "fields menu" available)
And in the "Program" menu, i can find a "Field" settings, but nothing to specify witchi story field it should check

Just the label.

You need to select the option Scheduling

Thanks for your answer @Marc - Devoteam , but, where is this option ? In which menu ?
Bescause, as my first screen shows, I already choose the "story point" option, in the "scheduling menu", is there another ?

In your last screenshot, I see the Scheduling option in the left menu.
This is the option to use.

When you have configured your plan to use Story points for scheduling (which i can see you have), you should be able to select the field in the timeline view without anymore configurations.

Ok, found my problem.
For someone eventually passing by, it was the "context" option.
Some administrator of our platform had disabled the "Story point" field for all project, except his own one ... so, that's why, even if i could display the field, i couldn't use it.
