Missing subtask when status is switched to DONE

J Vic February 14, 2023

When I change the status of my subtask from In Progress to Done, suddenly it goes missing from my Roadmap/Plan. I already went to Configure > Exclusion rule > Exclude any completed issues after = 365 days to make sure I will capture all the JIRA tickets created still to no avail. Anything else I might have missed out?

Temp workaround is to switch the issues to In Progress and put <DONE> at the start of the issue to know it has been completed.

Hi @J Vic , thanks for your question and welcome to the community.

Is this for a Kanban board? If so, you should check the board, general settings for the last option here in the screenshot -

If you change the option to be, 'Never mind, show all', can you confirm if you can see the subtask in the Roadmap?

Hi, I am using Plan not Kanban board. When I check also the Board section, it says Scrum not Kanbanimage.pngimage.png

Hi @J Vic , huge apologies for the delay. In any case, you will need to verify the configuration of the Plan to make sure also closed items are shown.
