Sharing a particular view

Does anyone know how to share a link to a particular view?  For example, 

my executive team wants to see a view with the next 2 cross- project releases and my development team wants to see their overall project schedule.  I was hoping to make confluence pages that showed those particular views (using iframe), but can't seem to include the appropriate filters.  So, it is going to my last view based on whatever filters the last person who saw it had?  Thank you.
