The user unable to move the Backlog Items in Road Map plan.

The user has edit permission for Road Map Plan and has admin roles for the project

Can I clarify...

  • What is the user trying to do on the plan, in terms of moving Backlog items? Move them how?

A screenshot, with some additional explanation, would be very useful here :)
