Ticker tape on Chrome with JIRA Status

Is there a way to have a Ticker Tape across the bottom of the Screen with data from JIRA like % complete, Number of open items.

This feature does not exist within Portfolio for Jira, but there may be a third party vendor who creates such a plugin for jira.

We'd suggest having a look at the apps on the marketplace.
