Agile User Story map not saving changes to user stories

I am using a trial version of Agile Story map 2.2.0 with the latest version of JIRA Agile. When I move stories around the changes are not saved when I come back later. Thoughts on why that might be and how I can get the changes to save?

Maybe there is a remaining custom field from an old greenhopper version called 'Epic' or 'Epic/Thema' try to delete or rename this fields than the new field epic link will be used (which is in sync with the new gh version).

This worked! It took a while to get approval to rename the field from my admins so just tested it out this afternoon. Thank you!
