Is there a way to get my Epic color bars to appear on my Backlog?

The tasks on my scrum board are linked to epics on another project.  When this was done the color bars on the backlog went away.  The color bars still appear on the sprint screen.

Is there a way to get the color bars to appear on my backlog again??

Could you check that the board's filter is not excluding Epics?

The filter does not exclude Epics.

I previously had tasks assigned to Epics created on my board.  The color bars appeared on the backlog.

Our company decided to have all Epics created on another board and all tasks tied to those epics.  When I changed the Epics, the color bars disappeared from the backlog.  As I mentioned, the color bars still appear on the Sprint page.
