What are the reasons Atlassian not dual listing in ASX?

I am willing to buy Atlassian shares and I checked companies like Shopify dual listing in us and its home country. I understand they can get a bigger valuation listing in u.s. What is the motive not dual listing in ASX to allow Australians to enjoy their growth?
