👋 Hi everyone! Excited to be part of this group!
I’m with Catapult Labs, an Atlassian Marketplace Partner, where we’ve spent nearly seven years building tools to enhance Agile ceremonies—from retrospectives to estimation and stand-ups. Working closely with Agile teams across different industries has given us a front-row seat to the challenges (and wins!) that come with scaling Agile practices.
What is an antiquated way of working, and how would you want to see it change?
One thing we see often is teams running Agile ceremonies without a clear feedback loop. Retrospectives, stand-ups, and planning sessions should drive real, measurable improvements—otherwise, they risk becoming routine rather than impactful. I’d love to explore how teams here ensure their ceremonies translate into actionable change.
What do I hope to bring to this group?
I’d love to share insights from the Agile teams we’ve worked with, discuss ways to improve Agile processes (especially in distributed teams), and learn from all of you! Agile is constantly evolving, and these discussions always spark new ideas that help us refine the tools we build.
Looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning from this community!
