I have created a company scrum project. When I start my sprint, go to active sprint, none of my stories or Tasks WITH SUB TASKS are in the columns - such as To Do, In Progress etc. The Stories and Task headlines run across the whole board, with the SUB TASKS on the board.... (view the top image below)
I want to have the Stories and Tasks in the relevant columns, with a little indicator informing that there are some sub-tasks assigned to them. (Similar to Team-based boards - View bottom image below)
Can someone explain where I am going wrong. This started from me creating a 'Risk' sub-task, but realised it does this with any sub-task. I am used to Team-based boards but know the Company ones have more usability.

you can already see subtasks on the board together with the task that it belongs to.
i was able to change swimlanes to be based on assignees. now i can see subtasks as well as the tasks associated to them on the same card.
Check your board settings to see if the filter is including the sub-tasks as well

Hi @Jamie Legg -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, and...to what Anita suggests:
That sub-task indicator on the Team-Managed Projects boards/cards is not a feature of the Company-Managed ones. There is an open suggestion to add the subtask count to software project, board cards: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77346
Kind regards,
Bill
