I would like to know how to add more then one people to a incident or an epic, as some task need more then one person as for example a brainstorming or a meeting. thank you ! :)

If I understand your question, it is possible to have one assignee for the EPIC, but you can add tasks inside this and assigne each one to each solutioner.
@Natalia Lópezwe are currently using an additional user picker custom field named Internal support for this purpose and for sprint roadblocks. They are added as watchers to get updates and it distinguishes them as active participants vs. the bigger list of watchers who aren't working on the issue.

Jira rightly only has a single assignee, as the person currently responsible for dealing with the issue.
You can add other people as interested with watchers, assigned sub-tasks, group selection fields, user-pickers and so-on, there's plenty of ways of including others.
