We hope you’ve been enjoying the new connected experience and the new profile. We would like to share an update with you regarding the recent fixes that have been implemented.
Fixed: Unable to save profile
Some of our members experienced an issue where they could not save changes to their profile page. This issue should now be resolved.
Fixed: Group visibility
Private groups were previously missing from the “My groups” profile view. This issue has now been resolved, and you should see all groups again.
Known issue: The “Go to my groups” drop down on forums takes you to your profile, not to the groups view. This is being worked on.
Updated: Banner is removed
The old banner was still displayed across various pages. It has now been removed from all pages.
Fixed: Broken badges are fixed
You may have noticed some broken badge images in your profile or profile cards. These have also been fixed. If you see any broken images going forward, please let us know.
Known issues:
We have a known bug with the cut and paste functionality in the text editor, which is still being investigated.
We’re still working on the ability to send peer kudos from users' profiles and on improving the kudos search.
