Why is maintenance happening at 3:30 PM Eastern Time in the United States. We are not Northern California or Singapore. We are an enterprise customer and there was no notice of any scheduled maintenance windows.

This maintenance activity is only for free subscription (as mentioned above) for Singapore / Northern California ?
