We use the Tempo Timesheets app to track time. It helps us understand how much time is spent on maintenance, new features, support and compliance and having this data is definitely a game-changer for decision-making!

It's not an app anymore, but in my previous workplace, we constructed a really cool integration between Slack and Jira by using Halp. I believe this is by far my best implementation and adoption of a new feature where devs and QA teams could 'stay in Slack' and PMs could monitor everything in Jira. We didn't receive a single negative feedback once we introduced things like opening tickets by adding an emoji or bi-directional sync of comments 😄

Like everyone here, we use Slack integrations. For brainstorming, we rely on a mix of Confluence whiteboards and our own Ideation for Confluence app. We also make extensive use of Refined sites to collaborate on content that will be published in our Help Center.
