Re: "How do you (or anyone) create such a bundle on the Atlassian Marketplace?"
We are currently piloting dedicated landing pages for teams to assess whether this targeted approach increases app installs—particularly the adoption of multiple apps within a team.
For this initial phase, we are internally selecting apps based on their alignment with specific team use cases, as well as their overall ratings and reviews. If the results are positive, we will explore expanding this initiative and consider additional opportunities in future iterations.

My favorite app for DevOps is the Azure DevOps (ADO) Connector for Jira.
It is a free app that creates an integration between ADO and Jira enabling two-way integration, which you can choose sync control over all or just certain parts, which means data and information flowing either direction contains real-time adds and edits. This provides significant cost-benefit; and I am a sucker for great value.
I am currently reviewing "Released" by Released Software. To build what matters, having customer Product Discovery is essential. There is no Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or Vibe Coding without it! Feedback in Jira.

after seeing @Vitaliy Leskiv comment, I didnt even think to explore the options from ADO to Jira, and just as I thought I figured it would need a little elbow grease to get it working properly, will work on this with the infra team

We are using the GitKraken app to get information from Github regarding Branches, Pull Requests, builds and deployments. This gives us great visibility and possibilities to automate workflows in Jira. It is reducing the nagging of developers (Is it deployed yet? What build is currently deployed in the staging environment?)
Zephyr isn't really a DevOps app but since someone else mentioned Xray a want to cast a vote for it. It is easy to plan and structure all levels of testing and also import test results from external automated tests giving a complete picture of the tests performed directly in JIra.

We also value the Github integration for Jira app! Just wished it was as good as the integration with Bitbucket Cloud, where in Bitbucket Cloud you can do things such as hover over the issue key in the commit title to view jira work item details or change the status on the work item without having to leave Bitbucket Cloud. But apart from that, it's great!
I'm not a developer, so I'm just following this thread out of curiosity. GitHub for Jira seems to be the winner here, although I'm hoping Bitbucket Cloud will get on par soon.
