Automatic retry with backing up your projects

With our Backup Projects for Jira we’ve made backing up your projects way easier. You can schedule a task based on JQL and always have an export of your data ready when you need it. You can search through your backups anytime at your convenience.

With this setup, you don’t have to worry about issues being deleted by a user or changes happening that you later want to roll back. Your specific project gets backed up automatically at the interval you set. Even if something fails, the system can pick up where it left off and try the task again.

We’ve built into the app a retry process. If a task fails, the system will automatically try it up to three times, alerting you with an in-app message explaining exactly what went wrong. That way, as the administrator, you are always aware of what’s happening and what might prevent your backup from completing.
