Ready to democratize Jira calendar subscriptions?

Stay on Top of Your Jira Issues with Live Calendar Subscriptions

Are you tired of constantly checking Jira to stay on top of your issues and releases? Do you want to keep track of your projects without having to switch between applications? If so, we have some exciting news for you. Introducing the first app on the marketplace with personal calendar subscriptions, enabling you to stay on top of all your Jira tasks, issues, and releases right from your calendar.

Choose Your Issues

With this app, you can choose individual issues across multiple projects, or subscribe to issues in bulk with Jira filters. This means you'll never miss deadlines or status changes and can track impediments and releases alongside your issues. You can also combine JQL filters, releases, and single subscribed (starred) issues to customize your subscriptions to suit your needs.

Stay Up-to-Date

Issues without due dates show up as due today, and done issues show up on their resolution date. This means you'll always have a clear overview of what needs to be done and when. The app even allows you to create meetings and export issues in ICS format, making it easy to schedule and share important information.

Secure and Reliable

The app is powered by Atlassian Forge, ensuring that your data is secure and reliable. And, it works with almost any calendar, including Google Calendar, Microsoft/Outlook, and Apple Calendar.

🔒 Build with Atlassian Forge, fully hosted by Atlassian.

Who is this app for?

  • IT Service Management: Keep track of change requests and support tickets
  • Project Management: Show releases, stories, and epics directly on your work calendar
  • Jira business people: Not checking Jira every day? No problem, you stay up to date on your calendar.
  • Developers: Subscribe to all issues assigned to you in the current sprint
  • Scrum Master: Subscribe to all flagged issues across multiple projects
  • Product Owners: Subscribe to issues from other teams which have dependencies for your team

There are endless use cases, and we are curious to know yours!

Rich configuration options

Besides the "star this issue" feature, you can also create subscriptions for a variety of personal filters. And you can use any JQL/filter as well!

Some examples:

  • Subscribe to My open issues: All Jira tickets assigned to you that have not yet been resolved.
  • My starred issues: See all Jira tickets you added a star to on your calendar (starring issues is a feature included in this app)
  • Reported by me: All Jira tickets were created by you.
  • My recently completed issues: Great to see your achievements right in front of you.
  • A more complex example could be to subscribe to all User Stories in the current Sprint with this JQL Filter:
    • assignee = currentUser() and resolution = unresolved and sprint in opensprints() and sprint not in futuresprints()

Reach the Manage Subscriptions from Jira Top Menu -> Apps -> Easy Calendar.

@Lukas Gotter _ Meetical Just a gentle reminder of our Atlassian Community online guidelines for Marketplace and Solution Partners:

No featuring: Because of the way our permissions work, in order to give out permissions to edit articles, you may also see the ability to "feature" an article. This is intended for our internal content team only. Featuring your own articles may result in your losing article-writing permissions.
