Add Bold letters in the email Subject and Body for email action automation

For some actions we have set the rules to send and email in which we are adding custom fields. 

In such cases, I want to highlight the field names in Bold letters. 

How to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

Seems like I tried that and it didn't work for me. Maybe I had something wrong in my syntax.

Yeah, I did and when I got the email the subject literally said this:

Note: REQ-1091 has moved to <b>Done.</b>
