The tools from Tempo Software and Appfire are simply unbeatable.
I use similar apps across a couple of workspaces with a few connectors. But, if I had to choose top 3 Atlassian apps, only, it would be Plans in Jira, Automations in Jira, and eazyBI. Plans would be for the roadmapping/capacity; Automations for getting repetitious actions knocked out while team focuses on tasks requiring expertise and specialization; and eazyBI for analytics and audits.
Hi OKR board and automation for Jira help me a lots in planning and repetitive tasks in JIra
For me, BigPicture combined with Tempo provides better planning and capacity management.
The second choice is Plan (Advanced Roadmaps), which is less versatile than BigPicture but simpler to implement.
Time in Status - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219732/time-in-status has been very useful to help our capacity planning!
We have not needed any marketplace apps for tracking our OKRs so far; the built in Jira Plans are so good on meeting our needs here!
I really like to use Jira Product Discovery and the integration with Jira and Confluence is great.
Also alternative for simple way is use Trello for planning. Its good alternative for personal life Google Keep.
Its great to to see so many helpful recommendations!!
Several of these apps look really good, but haven't used them yet.
Fantastic wrap-up to Apptoberfest! šÆ Strategy & Planning apps are game-changers for keeping teams aligned and focused on shared goals. We rely on a few key Marketplace tools to visualize roadmaps, track progress, and turn strategy into action. Canāt wait to hear what others are using to level up their planning! š
I'm not really into strategy and planning myself, but even so, EazyBI is the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to reporting, and that already says something š
I currently do not use it in my current company, but I believe it would be essential to use Izi for LMS integrated with my Confluence content.
For me, it's Rich Filters, Structure and BigPicture at top of the list
