Hello,
I am using a Mac OS Sonoma 14.0.
We are using Confluence 7.19.1 in our company.
I reproduced the misbehaviour with the browsers Safari, Chrom and Firefox
For editing of an MS Office Excel document I was clicking on the button "Edit".
Afterwards a popup were opened " The Company app will we started"
and another popup wit the error message "Download failed, get back to Confluence, to try not again"
No files will be opened afterwards.
What is going wrong?
