Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice on project management add-ons for the handling of small BAU projects. Such tasks as creating new projects, gathering requirements, workflow requirements, in and out of scope etc.
The problem i'm facing is that I don't want anything heavy or time consuming to use, It needs to be an application/add-on that is very simple to use, navigate and get a clear picture of what is outstanding.
If it has the ability to extract/create a Jira ticket from the data that would be even better.
We currently use google docs and I've had a go at using Confluence but, this was a but annoying having to edit and publish every time.
