What CRM system do you use at your company?

Do you somehow integrate it with Jira or do the teams in your company work separately?

Hi Celina,

I've seen both and something in between. There are integrators for Atlassian products with most stand-alone CRM's available in the marketplace.

There are also plenty of companies who work separately, in that case a handover is necessary if at some point you need information to go from your CRM to Jira (or back). Good way-of-working agreements are key to make that work.

Personally I'm biased, we're an app-vendor that has build a CRM on top of Jira. If you're interested you can take a look at it here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213313/atlas-crm-customers-and-sales-in-jira.

Kind regards!

In our own journey, we first customized Jira to handle CRM because we wanted one system for everything. Later, we had to adopt a standalone CRM, but integrating it with Jira turned out costly and required constant oversight. That’s why we built Mria CRM: CRM for Jira Teams, a native CRM on Atlassian Forge that brings leads, deals, contacts, and companies directly into Jira, without integration overhead.

You can explore it on the Atlassian Marketplace and try it free: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4108768729/mria-crm-crm-for-jira-teams?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
