"JMWE has been installed on our instance for many years (was there a subset of free functionality that is now not available?). This week some functionality that has always worked stopped working and returns the "you do not have a valid, active license. Post-functions will not run" error.
Since this add-on has been in place for many years, the concern we have if the licensing has changed to no longer offer free functionality, is how many existing workflows could now be broken? How can we identify everywhere a JMWE functionality is configured so we can review/fix them to no longer user JMWE or can try to justify funding to purchase full functionality going forward? Was there an official change on the licensing? If not, how was JMWE working for us for years as a free add-on but now is returning the error about no license?"
@SUVARNA Dixit you might get a better response by contacting the vendor directly.
Within the plugin configuration, the JMWE Workflow Extensions page shows every workflow that has transitions using JMWE and provides you with some additional information. If your plug-in is no longer licensed you may have to start a trial (or request a trial license from the vendor) to capture this data.
According to their pricing page the plug-in is still free for <10 users in the Cloud environment, but there is a cost for anything over 10 users in Cloud or any number of users in Datacenter.
