It might be due to:

1. App Glitch: Try restarting the app or your device.

3. Internet Issue: Ensure you have a stable connection.
4. App Conflict: Clear cache or reinstall the app

I tried in my free site and installing app worked. Can you share more details like which app are you trying to install and how ?

Easier way to get apps if from main menu bar of your jira --> Apps --> Explore more apps
