Move Status automatically using "Post Function", with JMWE

I want make condition, if status A move to status B after that otomatically status B move to status C ( if field Z have value "yes")

please help me to solved it, I have JMWE but not familiar :)

You need to place a transition current issue post-function on the transition from A to B, which you will configure with the transition name or I'd of the transition from B to C, and a Conditional execution script which depends on whether you're on Jira Server or Cloud.
