With Checklist for Jira, you can utilise Templates to standardise your process. The templates can easily be reused across multiple Jira work items.
These templates can be applied automatically through the Default Checklist feature or by leveraging Jira Automation when a new issue is created.
Checklists can be organised into sections to reflect different stages, departments, or task groups, making them easy to navigate and track.

It is possible due to the saved templates feature, which will help you with the onboarding process.
