Pagerduty calendar not appearing for our customer?

I have linked our PagerDuty calendar to the Confluence space where we collaborate with our customers. The calendar populates for anyone within our company but it does not populate for our customers. I suspect this is a permission issue, but I have checked the page, space and calendar permissions and it is all correct. Could it be a PagerDuty issue? How do I fix this?
