We are using the Jira add on for Teams to create issue tickets, and it is essencial that the reporters are able to attach evidence (images and videos). Currently, it seems that only certain types of fields are allowed in the creation screen, but file attachments is not one of them.

Please consider allowing this type of field on the creation screen
