While Jira Service Management is great for handling service requests, it lacks one critical feature: Integrated payments.
To bridge this gap, we attempted to develop a payment gateway integration within JSM, and realized it won't be technically feasible !
However we knew Stripe was flexible for all most any integration use cases, and decided to solve this use case with 'Payment Links' feature of Stripe.
Hence we developed Stripe Payment Gateway for Jira – a simple way to:
🔗 Share Stripe payment links with JSM customers
💳 Collect payments within the Jira portal
📊 Track payment status on the work item itself
