We use worklog descriptions based on deliverables. When the team enters their time manually or using the time tracker, they use one of the worklog descriptions in the description field so we can tell which deliverable (team) the work was for, and what the task was. We use the Timespent report generated from Tempo to populate an Excel spreadsheet used to determine productivity. If there are errors in the entries in the logs, and it could be anything that differs from the list - a space, a semi-colon instead of a colon, a misspelling - the errors create separate lines in the productivity report. Is there a way to enter our list of work log descriptions into the description field in the Tempo time log so that the person entering the description cannot submit without correcting an error, or as a drop-down list so the person has to choose?
