How to check if the a custom field option are added or changed.

I have a custom filed xyz a cascade field. The second option in the cascade field has 123,234 as options, tomorrow if any other admin added the option 345, How can i check which admin modified the field values.

Hi @vikranthcms the Jira Audit Log will tell you this.
Admin -> System -> Audit Log
