Is there a Webhook for Confluence Questions?

Looking at the documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/static/connect/docs/modules/confluence/webhook.html I do not see how to use webhooks with the Confluence Questions product. Is this possible? e.g. to detect when a new question has been posted or to post a new question.
