Issue connecting Teams Calendars to Outlook

I'm trying to subscribe to Team Calendars via Microsoft Outlook and following the directions here but having trouble with step 8/9.

Our company logs into JIRA/confluence via OKTA, is that going to prevent me from setting this up?
