JIRA behavior pre-populated description with table

I have a prepopulated description in JIRA issue with the table as follows:

def desc = getFieldById("description")

def defaultValue = """h1. Sample Table Template:

||X Y Z||Q A Z)||

||Test1 Row|?|?|

||Test2 Row|?|?|

||Test3 Row|?|?|""".replaceAll(/ /,'')

if (!underlyingIssue?.description) {

desc.setFormValue(defaultValue)

}

Can I have the table with the space between words in rows and columns?

Deleting 

.replaceAll(/ /,'')

solves the problem
