Problem with Components - AI Test Case Generator

I can't generate test cases from a User Story with AI Test Case Generator. After clicking "Generate test cases" and waiting, an error message appears: 

"There were errors creating and linking the new test cases.Please click here." "components: Components is required."

The Components field in the US is completed, I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?

Hi Antonella,

This error indicates that in issues that you create, in this case the test cases, the Components field is a required field. The AI Test Case Generator does not provide a value for that field, so the issue creation will fail.

To fix this, you can remove the Component field as a required field for test case issues.
