App request rejected-X-Ray Add-on

Hello Team,

I am trying to get X-Ray add-on but when i used the option, Try it for free, i got message saying "App request rejected". Can someone help to resolve this issue so i can try to use the X-Ray add-on?

Hi @Karthikeyan Velayutham 

Normal users can request an app, but the Admin is the one who approves.

Please check this with your Jira admin. Only they can un-reject the app and install it themselves.

Seems the new behaviour is that once rejected, no one can request it again.
