I am currently in the process of mapping our onboarding process within Jira. So far I have been able to map everything and it works. The last step is currently missing (marked in bold).
Department 1 creates a ticket including form A. The ticket is then forwarded to department 2 including form B. As soon as form B is submitted, a SubTask is automatically created. As soon as this SubTask changes its status to closed, another SubTask is to be created. But only if a specific field has been selected in form B.
My automation currently looks like this:
The restriction that the new SubTask should only be created if the CRM field has been selected in Form B is missing.
Do you have an idea how to add this If rule?

I have created a new custom field. I linked this to the corresponding field in the form.
I then added the following if rule to the automation:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
