I would like the issues in a project that are in the solved status to go to closed status after a week . SLA does not work as this is not a service desk project. Could you please help me with the code for script runner or any other solution for this. Thank you in advance!

if you have more resolved statuses you can also use below JQL:
resolutiondate < 7d
Hi @kousalya palagulla You can use project automation, if you are using Data Center.
An alternate solution is to create schedule Job in Script runner. Go to Manage Apps >> Scriptrunner >> Jobs >> Create Escalation Service
