Does anyone have any contact info for anyone at Appfire who can help me navigate the procurement process?
My employer is cracking down on click through terms, and wants to ensure that we have agreements on file for all of our 3rd party plugins, or we will be forced to migrate to vendors that are willing to negotiate or accept our standard terms.
We REALLY don't want to lose JSU, JMWE, or CLI, and I'm hoping we can find a way to continue providing revenue for Appfire.
@Jeff Tillett Please use my email address, shane.garnett@appfire.com, to start a conversation and will help you sort this out!
Also, please save this URL off for a security & compliance concerns:

Kind Regards,
Shane
I'd reach out to them via https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11 - there's a specific "Need assistance with Legal or Security" option.

Cool thank you so much for that! Also hoping to see if there was anyone in sales or business development I could speak to for some help understanding the potential business impact of some of the licensing terms we're running into. I suspect this will need to be more than a typical "legal request" as we need help amending or modifying the typical standard operating procedure on this.

Hi @Jeff Tillett as @Kristian Klima mentioned, if you open a ticket via our support portal and specify your request, we'll connect you with the right person from our team who can help with your specific licensing requests!
