How can I connect to external database to pull values into Jira fields (ScriptRunner)

I am trying to pull values into Jira fields using script Runner database Picker but cannot establish a connection.

I am using a jtds driver to connect to mysql server - have placed the Jar file in the atlassian/Lib directory but when i test the connection there are no results, no error messages.

Is there something I am missing ?Please advise

Resolved - only had to insert the correct the jdbc url.
