In-issue Tempo widget is not showing all the collaborators while the logged hours are there?

Ayesha Ibrahim September 24, 2024

So I am looking at an epic in its initial scoping phases (we currently define an epic as a module/project). It has 4.15hrs logged against it but in the Tempo in-issue widget I can only see 15mins logged against a user. It is missing the full list of collaborators. What do we need to do here to view who has logged hrs against it?

Hello @Ayesha Ibrahim ,

Please make sure you have all the necessary permissions to view other's worklogs. You should have either "view worklogs" permission for all the teams' working on the project/issues; or you should have "view all worklogs" project permission. You can refer to the doc and KB for more details.

Should you have any further questions, please contact Tempo Support directly.
