In EazyBI i want to create a report in which i want to track how many tickets were moved to status D from different statuses like A,B,C datewise. Like how many were moved to status D today.
Can anyone suggest any formula that can be useful here?

Here's how to create a report tracking transitions to a specific status:
(1) In Pages add:
(2) In Rows add the "Transition" dimension, which will show from which status the transition happened.
(3) In Columns add predefined measure(s):
(4) Use "Hide empty" option to remove rows with no transitions.
The report result would look like this:

@Ilze Krauze Great, thank you for the direction. I followed the same steps and was trying to tweak it bit. Now i was trying to club the transitions made to QA Stage lets suppose from different statuses in one row, using this manually created transition :
But this is returning me blank row. Is there something i am missing here?

It is very likely that Transition member names do not include double quotation marks.
I recommend using autocomplete after typing square brackets; you can browse the entire list or start typing the first few letters to narrow it down.
