Uninstaller is buggy, how can I remove ACLI completely from my PC? Version: 11.1.0

Hi. it also creates stuff in %APPDATA% and %PROGRAMDATA%. The uninstaller doesn't work. I'm uninstalling it because I can't figure out how to add sites to my Confluence client and I want to start again from scratch.
The uninstaller appears broken because there's a dialog (Tell us why you are uninstalling) which is hidden and only appears when the task is killed with Task Manager and the task is in the process of joing the choir eternal.
