Recommended ways of running integrations assessment of jira server projects before migrating to clou

I am about to yse JCMA to migrate from Jira server to Jira Cloud, and there are lots of integrations in thenprojects to migrate. 

I would like to know what is the better/recommended way to run an assessment to identify in advance all the integrations that need to be migrated

I just completed a migration of DC > Cloud with 5000 JSW users, 1000 JSM users and 4000 Confluence users and this was one of my questions for the last 2 years. Nobody, including multiple Platinum Solution Partners or Atlassian could give me a good answer. We did our best to communicate the change over many months (due to many migration issues) and had to fix what broke when after the migration. Hopefully you have better luck than we did.

My best suggestion, if you don't have too many users and/or are better organized than we were, is to find anybody that has direct database access, find anybody that has an service account, find anybody that has API credentials if you can, and work with them directly.
