in the last few days the Team Worklog Reports app has stopped working in our Jira Cloud.
When trying to generate reports, we get the following error:
Error generating report
Data fetching problem: The requested API has been removed. Instead, use the new API based on improved searches.

Additionally:
The app’s page on Atlassian Marketplace is no longer available.
The last update we noticed was back in April 2025, but we can’t find any official information about deprecation or end of support.
We haven’t found any notifications or announcements from the vendor.
Does anyone know if this app has been officially discontinued?

Unfortunately, it does look like the Team Worklog Reports app is no longer supported. I know that’s frustrating.
As an alternative, you might want to look at JetTime — it’s a privacy-first time tracking and reporting app for Jira Cloud. JetTime fully supports the new APIs and lets you build reports broken down by person, project, sprint, assignee, or custom fields, with export options as well. It’s actively maintained and runs fully on Atlassian’s infrastructure, so you won’t run into issues with disappearing APIs.

Unfortunately, you are correct. Atlassian has recently removed the API, which is why the reports suddenly stopped working. Since the app’s Marketplace listing is no longer available, it looks like the app may not be supported (as I could not see any announcement).
If you are looking for an alternative, you might want to try SnapMetrics - Real Time Analytics (free on the Marketplace). It includes a Worklog Report that allows you to filter, group, and analyze logged work by date, user, project, or custom fields. I am one of the folks behind this app. Feel free to ask.

I tried to use SnapMetrics "Time by Status Report" and I am getting the same error

And in "Worklog Rerport" session, I can't add a custom field to group my team hours.

Sorry to hear that, but that seems to have been a cache issue as we have already launched the latest version fixing the problem.
Could you please refresh the page (preferably with Ctrl + R) so the latest version runs?

For the Worklog Report, you can filter by groups or users. However, if you need to group by team (a custom field), that is not available at the moment; grouping only works with epic, user, issue, component, and fix version. But we will raise an internal ticket and release a new version that includes the custom field selection as soon as possible.

It looks like Atlassian has recently removed the app from Market Place, which is why the reports suddenly stopped working. The app may not be supported and I do not see any announcement regarding the same.

The Team Worklog Reports app seems to have been removed from the Atlassian Marketplace, and without updates to support Jira’s latest APIs, it no longer works in Cloud. This usually indicates that the app has been discontinued or is no longer supported by the vendor.
If you still need worklog-based reporting in Jira Cloud, you might want to explore alternatives that already support the new API. For example, Time & Cost Tracker is actively maintained and lets you:
