Requirement Traceability Matrix Report in XRay

Hello,

I'm trying to use the report Xray Requirement Traceability Matrix report but it doesn't generate the file well. I manage to get the traceability matrix through the reports in excel but I would like to have it in word. How I can do it?

Hi @Cristina Cuesta ,

in this case I think it is better to contact the Xray vendor in order to ask for help as we are not able to  assist without additional information; the reason can be quite diverse for it to not be working as you would expect.

Some other alternative options meanwhile include using the Traceability Report that is part of Xray.
