I created a dashboard that includes rich filter smart counter gadgets. I have a base filter which I shared with my project team plus smart filters. The issue I am having is that users other than myself dont see the same output as I do . Seems like my smart filters results aren’t visible to them. Smart filters don’t have permission sharing that I can see . Any ideas why this happens on some gadgets but not all ?
I have seen the same thing recently. But as soon as the user put in one of the values in the filter, then they showed up. I suggest you contact the vendor directly for assistance.
